Even if you plan to pay your annual assessment by physical check, we need everyone to sign up for TownSq. Currently over 80% of our homeowners have joined. If you are one of the remaining home owners who have not joined, please create your account today. TownSq is the online platform the Board of Directors and our Management Company use to communicate with homeowners. It allows homeowners to make payments online, submit requests for architectural approvals, and in the future will allow for
electronic voting.
